Activity points can now be banked for the week. If you know you have a special dinner or party coming up, move more each day before the event to earn extra food points that can be used at the event.
1 large onion (chopped) 1 package taco seasoning 2 cups whole kernel corn 1 can fat free chicken broth 1 can black beans, undrained 1 can great northern beans, undrained 1 can fat free refried beans 1 can diced tomatoes 1 can seasoned tomatoes, like tomatoes with jalapenos
Saute onion in large pot sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30-40 minutes.
1 point per cup.
You can make it heartier by adding some meat (delicious!).
